Managed Service

The SilverPay Managed service is designed for drivers and operators who are doing less than £800 per month in card transactions. SilverPay is the merchant and we deal with the bank on your behalf. Transactions are paid on a weekly basis directly into your bank account. The cost of this service is 6% on all transactions. You are free to add on any processing charge (usually 10%) to your customer and therefore can keep the difference. You can choose to have a mobile, office or SilverService Terminal. Online or monthly statements. Free support via our friendly UK based helpdesk team. Many of our drivers and operators start with the Managed service and move to Own Merchant service as they grow with card transactions.

Own Merchant Service

In conjunction with our banking acquirer partners we can offer competitive rates for VISA and MasterCard Credit and Debit card transactions. You are paid directly by the bank. You are free to add on any processing charge (usually 10%) to your customer . You can choose to have mobile, office, SilverService or a shopping basket for your website online customer booking payments.
